Download the Ready ASP.NET project and set it up on your Windows server or Window hosting service, once unzipped copy the all from the unzipped folder to your hosting or IIS

Make sure that the .NET Framework used is 4.0

Open the web.config file and make changes as needed.

The SMTP Settings will be the information from your email to be used to send the newsletter.

Add all your email listing to the database[newsflash.mdb]--> table tblSubscribers located in the foloder \App_Data\newsflash.mdb
